•             Bronchiolitis

•             Tonsillitis

•             Suspected/Positive COVID-19

• Bramblys Grange and Rooksdown Medical Centre
• Clift Surgery
• Crown Heights
• Tadley Medical Partnership

Referrals can also be made directly from ED and North Hampshire Urgent Care (Hantsdoc Out of Hours GP)
